Steve Dipple
Founder & Director of Operations
An International Waterski & Wakeboard Federation Judge, Athlete and Father.
Steve started waterskiing at the age of 3 and was already junior champion from Australia at a young age. After being a father, he helped his 3 children also to becoming professional athletes with Mayce, Annabelle and Ethan all competing at World Cable Wakeboard Championships. Mayce even went on to become a champion in pro skate coming 2nd in the world.
Steve is also an instructor in skiing and snowboarding, having spent extensive years in the Alps. With so much knowledge on the water and on the snow, Steve knows the importance of starting early for children, if they want to become athletes.
Now, Steve wants to use the knowledge for sports to inspire others into getting a taste of the different sports, develop skills, and most importantly, just to have FUN !

Nyon Tsang
Founder & Director
A practicing Barrister in Hong Kong Law. Nyon moved to England at the age of 8. With his mother a teacher in physical fitness, Nyon was positively introduced to many sports, including field hockey for which he represented his secondary school. As an outgoing enthusiastic student encouraged by his parents, Nyon always strove to achieve in his endeavours where his leadership skills were eventually rewarded with “The Duke of Edinburgh Gold Award” during his time in the UK.
His studies led him to a tertiary education at the London School of Economics in England, and City University of Hong Kong.
Nyon’s drive to start Little Legends was of a belief that in order to excel in academic merit, all children needs to have equal and balanced amount of time outside the classroom in extra curricular activities and sports, as well as alphanumeric scholastic education.

Yoyo Leung
Founder & Director
As a living legacy, and now a practicing Professional Dance Teacher, Yoyo started training as an infant at her father's gymnastics school. During this time, she also was coached in her mother's Chinese dance studio, the “Sprout”. During her dancing carrier she has won many accolades and awards and has performed in many dance renditions.
She enrolled at the prestigious Beijing Dance Academy in 2006 and continue to advance her qualifications in dance. At the same time, she became an assistant coach at her father's gymnastic school. After graduating from the University of Adelaide in Australia with a degree in Social Sciences in 2011, she continued to teach in Hong Kong. Following her mother's successful footsteps in her dance academy, Yoyo joined the “Sprout” as a children's Chinese dance instructor, aiming to promote Chinese dance culture locally as well as overseas.
Later in 2016, she reached grade 13 teaching qualification from the Beijing Dance Academy. She eventually assumed her mother's role and continued the Sprout with many of her students performances winning multiple awards.
Now with 20 years in teaching children, she has a keen interest to help many more children in Hong Kong to find their dreams in gymnastics, dance and other physical activities.
